Teams
Mine together with friends. Every member is paid to their own address by the pool; a team only adds shared statistics, a forum and a place in the league.

Moderators: why and how
Moderators keep a forum friendly and safe. On onpool.net the moderator of a team forum is the team leader: whoever founds a team becomes its leader and moderator, because the team forum belongs to the team. A leader can appoint trusted members as helpers (button "Make helper"), and helpers moderate too. Moderators approve the first posts of new accounts, handle reports, and can pin, lock or remove posts in their team forum. The main forum is moderated by the onpool.net team. To become a moderator, found a team (you need a confirmed e-mail address and a verified mining address) or ask a leader to make you a helper.
